What problems should be paid attention to when using the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system of the die casting machine? First, the choice of hydraulic oil:
For the die casting machine, the quality of the hydraulic oil directly affects the service life of the die-casting oil valve. Any damage to the oil valve will affect the normal operation of the machine. If the oil selected at the beginning is not appropriate, the hazard to the machine has already occurred. It’s just not easy to find, so it’s hard to fix it later. Therefore, the selection of hydraulic oil of suitable variety and suitable viscosity is the primary condition for ensuring the normal operation of the system.
1. Selection of hydraulic oil varieties
The choice of hydraulic oil is determined by factors such as the working environment and working conditions of the hydraulic equipment. There are many varieties of hydraulic oil, such as anti-wear hydraulic oil, anti-combustion hydraulic oil, low-condensation hydraulic oil, etc. Generally speaking, the hydraulic system of the die-casting machine should use anti-wear hydraulic oil, which is the basis of anti-rust and anti-oxidation hydraulic oil. Developed from the above, not only has good rust and oxidation resistance, but also has outstanding performance in anti-wear properties and longer service life.
2, the choice of hydraulic oil viscosity
When selecting hydraulic fluids, it is important to choose the appropriate viscosity grade. Temperature is the main reason that affects the viscosity of hydraulic oil. If the viscosity is too low, it will cause leakage and increase wear, resulting in the hydraulic system pressure not meeting the standard, and the quality of the produced product will not meet the requirements. If the viscosity is too high, the suction resistance of the pump will increase, air pockets will be generated, vibration and noise will be caused, the reaction performance of the hydraulic system will decrease, and the sensitivity of the operation will also decrease. Generally, the number 46 should be used in winter, and the hydraulic oil of No. 68 should be used in summer.
3. Comprehensive technical and economic analysis of oil selection
Economics is an indispensable part of the use of hydraulic fluids. Everyone often only pays attention to the price of oil, but ignores the variety and quality of the selected oil. It is understood that the improper use of oil in the operation of hydraulic system is an important aspect. Therefore, in order to extend the life cycle of the oil, save the maintenance cost of the equipment, prolong the service life of the hydraulic components, and improve the operating efficiency, high-quality suitable hydraulic oil can be used, because the high-quality hydraulic oil has excellent air release. During the operation of the equipment, it is easy to generate bubbles. It can quickly release the tiny bubbles dissolved in the oil, the product produced is more perfect, and its clean dispersion is also very good. After a period of use, the machine wall There will be no oil on it, which will not only reduce the wear and tear of the machine, but also extend the oil change interval.
Second, the use of hydraulic oil notes:
According to statistics, more than 70% of hydraulic system failures are caused by improper use. Therefore, to ensure that the hydraulic system works normally and reliably, it is necessary not only to properly and reasonably select the hydraulic oil, but also to properly use and manage the hydraulic oil. In use, care should be taken to prevent the hydraulic oil from being contaminated and to replace the hydraulic oil in time.
1. Keep the hydraulic system clean
Impurities such as iron filings and metal powder remaining during the processing and installation of hydraulic components will be brought into the oil if they are not cleaned in time. As the oil flows, the impurities will cause the hydraulic system to work abnormally. Caused a malfunction. Therefore, the hydraulic system should be carefully inspected and cleaned before installation and operation. Whether it is a new or repaired hydraulic system, and when replacing hydraulic oil, it must be cleaned. It is best to use the hydraulic device for the cleaning hydraulic system. Oil or test oil.
2, to prevent the incorporation of moisture
The hydraulic oil should be prevented from mixing with water during use. After mixing with water, the hydraulic oil will be emulsified into milky white. The oil should be changed in time to avoid the wear and corrosion of the hydraulic components and deteriorate the operation of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system is mainly used for mixing the water tank and the cooler. It is necessary to regularly check whether the fuel tank cap on the upper part of the rack is sealed, whether the cooler is in the water, and periodically clean the filter, and clean it once every three months.
3. Regularly change hydraulic oil
When the hydraulic oil is in use, its quality will be degraded due to its deterioration and contamination by foreign substances. When the quality drops below a certain limit, the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced.
The service life of hydraulic oil is related to its working conditions and its own quality. Under normal use and management conditions, the service life of hydraulic oil containing additives is generally about one year. If it is a hydraulic oil containing anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion additives and blended with three types of base oil, the service life can reach one and a half to two years.
The above oil change period is a general case. In fact, some equipments are well managed and maintained, and the life cycle of the hydraulic oil can be extended for a period of time, which is also determined according to the frequency of use of the equipment.
